How do I care for my mattress?
We recommend rotating your mattress every 3-6 months and using a mattress protector to keep it clean. Spot clean as needed and avoid using harsh chemicals.
How do I choose the right mattress firmness?
The ideal firmness depends on your sleep position and personal preferences. Side
sleepers often prefer softer mattresses, while back and stomach sleepers benefit from firmer support. We can guide you through the selection process.
For individuals with back problems or senior citizens, doctors often recommend a medium-firm mattress. Always make sure the mattress is completely dry before placing sheets back on.
What do I do if I spill liquid on my mattress?
If you spill liquid on your mattress, act quickly to prevent long-term damage. Here’s what you should do:

Our Dewfoam mattresses come with a 10-year warranty that covers internal defects, including sags, broken coils, and faulty foams. To validate warranty coverage, the original receipt is required.
Please note that the company can deny warranty claims if the product is found to be in an unsuitable condition. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Mold infestation
- Improper use
- Physical damage caused by spills, stains, or accidents
